Grind 100 g of oatmeal in a coffee grinder, pour a glass of hot milk, add 1 tsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix and apply a rejuvenating mask on the face and neck for 20 minutes. After the procedure, be sure to apply a moisturizer on your face.
